For Casie Stuart, Operations Manager at Xtreme Fire Protection, partnering with Commercial Fire wasn’t just a business decision—it was a relationship built on trust, communication, and mutual success.

Casie has worked with Commercial Fire across three different companies for nearly 20 years. When she joined Xtreme Fire Protection three years ago, the affiliate relationship was already in place. “I’ve known Bill Dayton for probably close to 20 years,” she shared. “This is the third company I’ve worked at that’s partnered with Commercial Fire.”

A Big Win: $20K+ Hydrant Replacement Project

Earlier this year, Xtreme received a lead directly from Commercial Fire for a hydrant replacement job at two properties. One of the projects was completed in August and brought in upwards of $20,000 in revenue. “Bill sent it to us directly,” Casie explained. “It was a local customer who needed hydrant replacements—something Commercial Fire either didn’t handle or chose to pass along.”

The second part of the job was put on hold due to external issues, but the opportunity itself demonstrated the value of the affiliate program. “Even just one of the two jobs was a big win for us,” Casie said.

 A True Partnership

What sets Commercial Fire apart, according to Casie, is the genuine relationship they build with affiliates. “I can call anyone on the team—Bill, Michelle—and say, ‘Hey, this isn’t working,’ and they’ll help find a solution,” she said. “It’s not just a subcontractor relationship. It’s a partnership.”

Casie emphasized that Commercial Fire listens to feedback, works collaboratively, and treats affiliates like an extension of their own team. “They trust us to get the job done, and we trust them to keep sending work our way.”

Business Growth & Brand Visibility

Since Casie joined Xtreme, the company has grown significantly—from a small mom-and-pop shop to a team of 37 employees, including 15–17 technicians. “We’ve doubled in size,” she said. “And being out in the field doing service work helps build brand awareness. Our trucks are moving, our logo is visible, and people know who we are.”

Tools & Training That Add Value

Xtreme also benefits from training through the FED Learning Center, which offers discounted courses for affiliates. “We love the FED Learning Center,” Casie said. “We’ve taken extinguisher and emergency light classes and even won a free training session at NAFED.”

While Xtreme doesn’t currently use the CF mobile app due to overlap with their existing platform, Casie noted it could be a great solution for affiliates still using paper-based systems.

Why Xtreme Recommends the Commercial Fire Affiliate Program

Casie’s advice to other businesses considering the affiliate program is simple:

“Do it.”

“Your feedback is heard. You’re never backed into a corner. Commercial Fire works with you to make sure both sides succeed. It’s a flexible, respectful, and mutually beneficial relationship.”

 Final Thoughts

“The people at Commercial Fire are great,” Casie concluded. “We spend as much time talking to them as we do some of our own family. It’s rare to find that kind of trust and collaboration in this industry.”
